Using the service
You must be at least 18, provide accurate registration details and keep your login secure. Use only your own photos or images you have permission to share. Do not impersonate another person.
Respect other people
Harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, sexual content involving minors, scams, spam and non-consensual intimate imagery are prohibited. Do not record or distribute another person’s conversation or images without their permission.
Profiles and conversations
You retain rights to content you submit and grant PurelyDate the limited permission needed to store and display it as directed by your settings. A mutual match does not create an obligation to respond or meet.
Safety and reports
Use Block and Report when needed. Reports and selfies may await review; we do not promise continuous monitoring or an immediate response. If there is an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Service availability
Profiles, matching, member messages and activity interests use registered accounts. Activity interests expire after 24 hours and do not confirm a booking or meeting. Random video calls depend on another member being online and may not connect on every network. Automatic identity verification is not available. Features may change or be temporarily unavailable.
No payments
No paid membership, payment processing or subscription is offered in this version.
Account restrictions and closing your account
Accounts that break these rules may be restricted. Delete your account from Settings → Account security, or contact support@purelydate.online for help with deletion or a restriction. Consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law continue to apply.
